Forward is the debut studio album by Canadian indie rock band Golden Isles, released in September 2010. Formed in 2006, the Montreal six-piece blends hip hop, R&B, soul, and rock to create their own unique sound. Tied together by the Strokes/Julian Casablancas-like vocals, the instrumentals channel acts as diverse as Hiatus Kaiyote, Tame Impala, and J Dilla.
